Water main break causes major disruptions in Center City Philadelphia
It occurred within the 1200 block of Spruce Avenue round 5:30 a.m. Sunday.

Brian Rademaekers, a spokesperson for the Philadelphia Water Division, says roughly 45 properties had been with out water, together with the College of the Arts college students who stay within the dorms on Spruce Avenue.
“It was somewhat creepy being within the hallways when there was no lights,” stated Emerson Howard.
As of Sunday night time, energy and water providers have been restored.
