Suspect charged with murder after shooting inside Chinese takeout restaurant in Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A suspect has been arrested for a deadly taking pictures inside a Chinese language takeout restaurant within the Frankford part of Philadelphia.

Jamel Taylor, 30, of the 400 block of West Duncannon Road, is charged with homicide.

The taking pictures occurred round 8:45 p.m. Monday within the 4800 block of Frankford Avenue.

Police say that is the place a 34-year-old man was shot within the chest and again.

In keeping with Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small, the gunman walked as much as the sufferer and fired a number of pictures simply after he picked up his meals.
