Philly road rage suspect who crashed into police vehicles identified

Malik Johnson, 24, of Horsham, Montgomery County is charged with three counts of easy assault, three counts of REAP, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of prison mischief, fleeing police and unauthorized use of auto.

Police had been referred to as round 9:30 p.m. Tuesday to the world of Witte Road and Allegheny Avenue in Kensington.

Police say there have been two officers contained in the car. They had been taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital the place they had been handled and launched.

Johnson was arrested and the Toyota was towed from the scene by police.

Pittsburgh police stated a lady was ready for her boyfriend in her car when a person jumped into the passenger seat and demanded cash.

When the switch failed, the suspect demanded she take him to an ATM, at which level she jumped out of the car,” Pittsburgh police stated.

The suspect then bought into the motive force’s seat as the girl tried to get him out of her automotive from the surface, police stated.

“The suspect then exited the car and threw her into the backseat of the automotive. The sufferer managed to flee the shifting car, earlier than the suspect fled,” Pittsburgh police stated.

It stays unclear if Johnson was the suspect concerned within the carjacking.
