Black bear spotted roaming through Drexel Hill, Delaware County
DREXEL HILL, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — A black bear was noticed roaming by way of Drexel Hill, Delaware County on Tuesday.
Chopper 6 noticed the bear close to the Marple Avenue bridge and Baltimore Avenue at about 11:30 a.m.
The bear gave the impression to be touring alongside Darby Creek.
By 12:30 p.m., the bear was seen stress-free within the woods.
In accordance with Higher Darby police, the Pennsylvania Gaming Fee was on the scene and was engaged on a plan to include the bear.
College students and workers at close by Charles Kelly College have been being stored contained in the constructing as a result of the bear was noticed so near the campus.
Police urge everybody within the space to maintain their distance in the event that they occur to see the animal.
