1 hurt when small plane crashes into New Jersey neighborhood

MANVILLE, New Jersey (WPVI) — One individual was injured when a small aircraft crashed in a New Jersey neighborhood early Monday afternoon.

The 2006 single-engine Mooney M20M originated out of Piedmont Triad Worldwide Airport in Greensboro, North Carolina.

It was en path to Central Jersey Airport in Manville when it went down on South Essential Avenue, bringing down energy traces and coming to relaxation on the entrance lawns of two properties.

One individual on board was taken to the hospital with facial accidents.

Extra particulars of the incident and the reason for the crash aren’t but identified.

Components of South Essential Avenue have been closed because of the downed wires.
