CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Police say a missing Pennsylvania teen is suspected to be with a man who was previously ordered to register as a sex offender in Hamilton County.

Per Pennsylvania State Police, Emily High, 16, has been missing since May 15 from Chambersburg. High is 5-foot-2, weighs 90 pounds, has sandy-colored hair and hazel eyes. Police also said she may be wearing a clip-on nose ring.

She may be with 22-year-old Jaret Wright, who police say also uses the name Jay Sanrose. He has a tattoo on his hand, although police did not specify which one.

According to court records, Wright pleaded guilty in 2022 in a Hamilton County courthouse to gross sexual imposition. He was charged with raping a teenager whom he met through Instagram. Wright was reportedly hiding under her bed for three weeks unbeknownst to the teen’s mother. He was 20 years old at that time.
