School bus and UPS truck collide in Mercer County, New Jersey

HAMILTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) — A school bus was involved in a crash with a UPS truck in Mercer County, New Jersey, on Friday morning.

Chopper 6 was over the scene near Klockner Road and Horizon Drive in Hamilton Township just before 8 a.m.

Damage could be seen on both the front of the bus and the UPS truck.

According to police, the school bus was being driven westbound on Klockner Road when it drifted into the eastbound lane and struck the UPS truck, which was waiting to make a left turn onto Horizon Drive.

Several children, ranging in age from eleven to thirteen, were on board the school bus at the time of the crash.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
