DEPTFORD, N.J. (CBS) — The New Jersey Legal professional Normal’s Workplace has revealed the sufferer’s identify who was shot and killed by a police officer on Sunday in Deptford.

Deptford Police Division responded to a residence on Fox Run Street after receiving a 911 name. Deptford Police Officer Luke Ivey fired his service weapon, putting Nevius Sr. round 1 p.m. Sunday. 

Emergency Medical Personnel have been referred to as to the scene the place Nevius Sr. was pronounced useless at 1:55 p.m.
