NJ Prison Inmate Charged With Manslaughter in Prison Death
FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey jail inmate is going through a manslaughter cost within the dying of one other inmate over the weekend, authorities stated.
Evan Raczkiewicz, 29, of Bradley Seaside is charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter within the dying of 49-year-old Daniel Ferrara of Ocean Grove, Monmouth County prosecutors stated Sunday.
Prosecutors allege that Raczkiewicz struck Ferrara “a number of occasions” previous to his dying. Officers stated the sufferer was discovered unresponsive within the kitchen space of the Monmouth County Correctional Establishment shortly earlier than 5:30 a.m. and died lower than an hour later.
