MAYS LANDING, N.J. (CBS) – A girl from Atlantic County was arrested and charged with the homicide of her husband, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Workplace stated. Fifty-one-year-old Marylue Wigglesworth allegedly killed her 57-year-old husband, David Wigglesworth, on Sunday evening in Mays Touchdown.

Officers say the Township of Hamilton Police Division responded to a house on the 5200 block of Somers Level Highway in Mays Touchdown round 10 p.m. 

There, police discovered David Wigglesworth with a gunshot wound. He died on the residence, police say.

Authorities arrested Marylue Wigglesworth in reference to the demise of her husband. Prosecutors didn’t reveal any additional details about any attainable motives.

Marylue Wigglesworth is at the moment on the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
