3 South Jersey Bed Bath & Beyond stores closing, 87 nationwide
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Three Mattress Tub & Past shops in South Jersey are closing as the corporate struggles and will file for chapter.
The South Jersey shops closing are:
- 190 Hamilton Commons, Mays Touchdown, NJ 08330
- 8 Centerton Highway, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
- 1765 Deptford Heart Highway, Deptford, NJ 08096
Nationwide, a complete of 87 Mattress Tub & Past shops can be closed. There are 36 closures in New Jersey.
Specialists informed CBS MoneyWatch Mattress Tub & Past struggled to adapt to on-line retail, had lackluster company-owned manufacturers and made monetary missteps.
GlobalData analyst Neil Saunders mentioned the chain’s shops have been “reasonably messy and lack fundamental merchandising self-discipline.”
