New Hampshire’s ‘Second Summer’ Weather Arrives

CONCORD, NH — “Second summer” has arrived in New Hampshire, as the state has enjoyed slightly warmer-than-normal temperatures last week and for most of this week, too.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service said there will be patchy morning fog all week, followed by mostly clear and sunny skies.

On Monday, expect temperatures in the mid-70s with some wind gusts as high as 20 mph. Overnight lows will be in the lower 40s.

Similar weather is expected Tuesday, with temps in the lower 70s and overnight lows in the mid-40s.

More clouds than sun is possible on Wednesday with temps in the mid-70s. Overnight lows will be in the will be in the upper 40s.

Temperatures are expected to drop on Thursday — down to the upper 50s, but more sun is expected and will continue into the weekend.
