Another 6 Inches Of Snow; #FITN2024 Candidates Head Back To NH

CONCORD, NH — The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook and winter weather advisory for most of the central and southern parts of the state, warning that heavy snow was on its way.

Total snow accumulations of up to 6 inches are expected running from between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Tuesday.

“An area of low pressure will bring a period of snowfall to the region and could bring slick travel to the morning and evening commutes,” the advisory alert stated. “Periods of moderate to heavy snow are possible in the afternoon and evening.”

Snow was expected to start in Nashua and Hillsborough County around 3 a.m. while it will start in Concord and the capital region around 5 a.m. Temperatures will be in the teens and mid-20s. Winds will gust to 20 mph. The snow will end sometime after 8 p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday, expect partly cloudy weather with highs in the mid-20s and lows in the lower teens.

More snow is possible on Friday.
