Massachusetts man arrested in Ellsworth drug bust
ELLSWORTH, Maine (WABI) – A Massachusetts man is facing charges after a drug bust Monday night in Ellsworth.
Asa Polk, 40, is charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
The MDEA says there had been complaints of suspected drug trafficking from an Ellsworth hotel room which led to their investigation.
Authorities say law enforcement searched the room and found fentanyl, cocaine, and more than $500.
Polk was taken to the Hancock County Jail.
