Defending champion Catie Schernecker, a rising sophomore at Harvard College, was amongst these advancing Wednesday, whereas teenage standouts Morgan Smith and Molly Smith are again within the quarterfinals for the second straight yr, as is College of Virginia standout Rebecca Skoler.
