Boston man accused of ramming police cruiser arrested on South Shore
Massachusetts State Police said 44-year-old Keion Rowell of Boston faces charges of cocaine trafficking, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a crash causing personal injury.
