NH man shot, killed by deputy following struggle in Waterboro, authorities say

WATERBORO, Maine (WMTW) -The Maine Lawyer Common’s Workplace is main an investigation following the capturing loss of life of a New Hampshire man by a deputy.

York County Sheriff’s deputies have been known as to a house on Rosemont Avenue round 6:48 p.m. Wednesday for disturbance.

Authorities say they tried to take 30-year-old Tyler Woodburn of New Hampshire into custody throughout their investigation.

Sooner or later, a battle occurred and officers say pictures have been fired by deputy Levi Johnson. The sheriff’s workplace confirms Woodburn was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
