ROCKLAND—  The Maine Lobster Competition is in search of entries for the Open Juried Artwork Present happening on the Competition grounds in the course of the seventy fifth Maine Lobster Competition, August 3-7, 2022. Artists are invited to showcase their expertise and fervour. Any medium is allowed, and the one necessities are creativity and a ardour for artwork.
 
There can be two particular artwork awards given. The Eddie Harriman Award is given to the art work that options the Maine Lobster Competition theme, “Lobsters”. This award was created in reminiscence of the artist who for years painted lobsters on home windows in downtown Rockland to advertise the Competition.
