Maine 12-year-old charged with terrorizing after wall threat

BANGOR, Maine (AP) — Police in Maine charged a center schooler with terrorizing after they discovered a risk of violence on the wall of a faculty in Bangor.

Underneath state legislation, an individual may be charged with terrorizing in the event that they make a risk of violence to another person.

The message appeared on the wall of Bangor Regional Program, a faculty within the district, the Bangor Day by day Information reported. Police charged a 12-year-old on Wednesday on account of the vandalism.

Police didn’t disclose the identify of the coed. Colleges within the district had an elevated police presence on Wednesday, however there have been no incidents.

Bangor college superintendent James Tager stated the town college division “prioritizes the protection and nicely being of everybody on our college campuses.”
