ORONO, Maine (WABI) – The Flame of Hope Torch run marked the start of Maine State Particular Olympics weekend.

Competitors begins on Saturday at 10 a.m.(WABI)

Maine legislation enforcement members transported the Particular Olympics torch from Sanford beginning on Tuesday to Orono on Friday.

“It was superior to satisfy the opposite athletes and to get my dream to return true. Go in your dream, and go huge,” stated Zach Ewing, athlete.
