FNRP Acquires 163,500 SF Sand Hill Plaza Shopping Center in Newtown, Connecticut

NEWTOWN, CONN. — New Jersey-based funding agency First Nationwide Realty Companions (FNRP) has acquired Sand Hill Plaza, a 163,500-square-foot buying heart positioned within the southern Connecticut group of Newtown. A 61,450-square-foot Cease & Store grocery retailer anchors the middle, which initially opened in 1990 and likewise homes tenants reminiscent of T.J. Maxx, Mattress Agency, Verizon, Nice Clips and Quest Diagnostics. Justin Smith and Chris Peterson of Atlantic Capital Companions represented the undisclosed vendor within the transaction.
