1 killed in CT crash involving 3 motorcycles and fourth vehicle

A motorcyclist was killed and at least two people were injured when three motorcycles and a fourth motor vehicle were involved in a crash Friday night in Naugatuck, police said.

Officers responded to a crash involving three motorcycles and a vehicle on New Haven Road between Cross Street and Warren Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Friday, according to the Naugatuck Police Department.

Three adults who were injured in the crash were rushed to Waterbury Hospital and Saint Mary’s Hospital with serious injuries. One person had been pronounced dead as of Saturday morning, police said.

New Haven Road was shut down as investigators were on scene but had reopened as of about noon Saturday, police said.
