The Coast Guard is holding a press briefing on Wednesday afternoon in Boston to provide an update on the search for the missing submersible about 900 miles off of Cape Cod in a remote area of the North Atlantic.
Earlier Wednesday, officials said a Canadian military surveillance aircraft detected underwater noises.
