On the evening of July 3, Isabella Scott was taking pictures a dwell video of her fiancé, who’s visually impaired, strolling alongside the Fan Pier when he instantly fell into the water.

Scott, who lives in Canton, mentioned she and her fiancé are grateful to the individuals who helped Marines out of the water. They didn’t get the rescuer’s names and want to thank them.

Marines lives in Windfall, R.I., and just lately moved there from New York, and it “was like his second time into Boston,” she mentioned.
