South Carolina girls’s basketball star Aliyah Boston was honored with “Aliyah Boston Day” by her hometown within the U.S. Virgin Islands Saturday, presided by Gov. Albert Bryan Jr.

The St. Thomas native can have a parade by downtown Charlotte Amalie earlier than officers will honor her with a particular ceremony. An indication noting all of her accolades was unveiled Saturday morning at Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas.
