Black neighborhood leaders and a person who says he was assaulted by masked members of the white nationalist group Patriot Entrance as they marched in Boston over the Fourth of July weekend are calling for an impartial investigation into what they known as a “lack of motion” by Boston law enforcement officials.
Charles Murrell, the Black activist and artist who stated he was battered and bloodied by the white nationalist mob, met with Boston Mayor Michelle Wu on the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Constructing in Roxbury on Wednesday alongside native ministers, the Rev. Kevin Peterson and the Rev. Miniard Culpepper.
