Public relations maven George Regan married Elizabeth Akeley in a Cape Cod ceremony officiated by Gov. Charlie Baker with prayers from Patriots proprietor Bob Kraft.
U.S. Sen. Ed Markey and entrepreneurs from Herb Chambers to John Fish and celebrated creator and historian Doris Kearns Goodwin have been among the many estimated 400 visitors who gathered in Osterville.
The bride arrived by tug boat to start out a ceremony that featured dwell music which crammed the air into the night. It was as if Boston relocated to the Cape for a day.
