U.S. Senator Manchin opposes tax and climate proposal, Washington Post reports
WASHINGTON, July 14 (Reuters) – Democratic Senator Joe Manchin instructed Senate Majority Chief Chuck Schumer on Thursday he will not help a Democratic proposal for brand new local weather change spending and better taxes for companies and wealthier People, the Washington Put up reported.
