US President Joe Biden wrapped up a four-day journey to Europe on Saturday, holding talks with Polish President Andrzej Duda, assembly with Ukrainian refugees and delivering a capstone speech in Warsaw.

Throughout his deal with, Biden declared that Russian “can’t stay in energy.” The White Home later clarified that he wasn’t calling for regime change, saying the President’s level was that “Putin can’t be allowed to train energy over his neighbors or the area.”

Earlier this week, Biden attended a trio of last-minute summits in Belgium devoted to the disaster in Ukraine. He introduced new punishment directed at members of Russia’s parliament, and he unveiled a plan for the US to just accept as many as 100,000 Ukrainian refugees.

The journey was one of many highest-stakes presidential journeys in current reminiscence, providing Biden an opportunity to imagine management of a newly united West.
