The rapper previously often known as Kanye West will now not be buying Parler, the choice social media platform favored by conservatives together with some far-right extremists, the corporate introduced on Thursday. West has legally modified his identify to Ye.
The choice to desert the deal was mutual, Parler tweeted.
In an announcement, Parler’s guardian, Parlement Applied sciences, mentioned it “has mutually agreed with Ye to terminate the intent of sale of Parler. Parler will proceed to pursue future alternatives for progress and the evolution of the platform for our vibrant group.”
