Hong Kong leader Lam says no to second term

Hong Kong chief Carrie Lam stated Monday she would not search a second time period after a rocky 5 years marked by large protests calling for her resignation, a safety crackdown that has quashed dissent and most not too long ago a COVID-19 wave that overwhelmed the well being system. (April 4)
