An armed dirt bike rider jumped on a young mother’s car with her children inside and heat-butted her during an illegal street takeover in Philadelphia.

The shocking moment 23 year-old Nikki Bullock’s Ford was attacked was captured on a cellphone from the top of a double-decker sightseeing bus.

As dozens of young men passed through the downtown area on motor bikes and quads, one man took it upon himself to clamber on top of the woman’s maroon car. He then smashed the rear window with both feet. Bullock works as an Uber Eats driver and had her children with her at the time because it is cheaper than childcare.

In an instant, the young mother got out of the car to challenge the man and in the footage can be seen appearing to question his destructive decision.

The biker, who was wearing a ‘You Ain’t No Killa’ t-shirt appears to want to have no part of the conversation and head butts Bullock using his helmet, before shoving her backwards as she gets in his face.

The scene was reminiscent of a nightmarish moment from the Max Max movies, where marauding bandits terrorize the Australian outback in modified cars and motorcycles.

Bullock didn’t back down and can be seen shoving the man several times while he also retaliates.

At one stage, having jumped down from the cars trunk, a gun fell out of his waistband  onto the ground – he quickly retrieves the weapon in the footage.

It’s not clear whether the woman saw that he was armed, but luckily left the altercation without him drawing the weapon, although he was seen brandishing at her at one point.

Bullock’s anger continued to boil towards the rider as she shoves him, causing him to fall over, with the bike almost landing on top of his leg.

The Department have tweeted distinct markings for members of the public to be look out for – including the biker’s gold decal on his helmet and various tattoos that might distinguish him.

The footage was shot by George Coloney who was visiting the so-called City of Brotherly Love from Florida.

‘I just started filming a video of all the bikers when next thing you know this guy hops off and jumps on this lady’s car,’ Coloney said to NBC 10.

The 1980 cult film focuses on Mad Max and his adventures in a harsh, dystopian world with plenty of scenes involving motorcycles.

The bikes are one of the primary means of transportation in the chaotic and lawless world depicted in the films as groups traverse the dangerous wastelands, engage in battles, and carry out various missions.

It is the latest incident in a string of lawlessness to hit the city.

Masked thieves forcefully infiltrated the store, swiftly seizing iPhones, laptops, tablets, and anything within reach on display stands — finishing their plunder in less than a minute.

Most suspects appeared to be teenagers including one audaciously strolling out, lugging a massive television monitor with no sense of urgency.

At least 52 arrests have been made so far, with burglary, theft, and other charges filed against at least 30 people as of Saturday, but the number of suspects seems to be higher.

The flash mob-style ransacking last Tuesday night targeted dozens of stores including Foot Locker, Lululemon and Apple.

The chaos in Philadelphia is reminiscent of similarly brazen smash-and-grab thefts elsewhere, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, where organized groups of thieves, some carrying crowbars and hammers, have systematically targeted high-end stores.
