MADISON, WI – The Wisconsin Technical School System (WTCS) Board re-elected its officers on the July 13 Board assembly hosted by Western Technical School in La Crosse.

Dr. Rodney Pasch was re-elected to function Board President. Pasch grew up on a dairy farm close to Kendall, Wisconsin and graduated from Royall Excessive College. He earned bachelor’s and grasp’s levels in Industrial Know-how from UW-Platteville and a Ph.D. in Academic Administration from UW-Madison. His instructing expertise consists of carpentry trades at Southwest Tech in Fennimore, graduate programs in architectural design and industrial supplies at UW Platteville, and graduate programs in Academic Management and Public Sector Labor Regulation at Marian College in Fond du Lac.

He has been a lifelong advocate of Technical Schooling and started his profession with a Design Know-how Diploma from St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute in Minnesota. He served as a Nationwide Officer for VICA (now SkillsUSA) and served on Minnesota’s Vocational Trainer Certification Requirements Committee. In 2005, he accomplished the Minnesota Govt Program by way of the College of Minnesota’s Carlson College of Administration. In 2011, he acquired his MBA from the College of St. Thomas.
Douglas A. Holten, Sr. was re-elected to function the Board Secretary.
