Wisconsin Girl Scouts explore agriculture at Town of Dane dairy farm

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Over 80 Wisconsin Lady Scouts obtained a chance to be taught extra concerning the agriculture business Saturday at a farm within the City of Dane.

The women rotated stations on the Haag Household Dairy Farm all through the morning, studying extra about profession paths in agriculture, from veterinarians to nutritionists.

Taylor Shaeffer, the seventy fifth Alice in Dairyland joined the women for the interactive stations. She stated ‘Behind the Barn Gates’ was an incredible alternative for women who had by no means been on a farm.
