Frances Vavrus has been named vice provost and dean of the Worldwide Division on the College of Wisconsin–Madison.

She joined the College of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2008 and is a professor and affiliate chair within the Division of Organizational Management, Coverage, and Improvement of their School of Schooling and Human Improvement.
