MPD: Man arrested after allegedly causing disturbance while intoxicated at a Madison Hooters
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A person was taken into custody early Friday morning after he and one other lady had been allegedly intoxicated and inflicting a disturbance at a Madison Hooter’s restaurant, police stated.
Madison Police Division (MPD) officers had been dispatched to 2600 East Springs Dr. at 12:19 a.m. after receiving a report of a disturbance. Officers reported discovering a person and a girl “extremely intoxicated.”
The lady was positioned into protecting custody. The person intervened, however officers restrained him. He was booked into the Dane County Jail and shall be charged with misdemeanor resisting and obstructing.
