Wind chills between -20 and -25 anticipated Tuesday morning prompted a wind chill advisory for all of southeast Wisconsin. The builders of the favored Lake Geneva Ice Castles welcome the chilly temperatures after the opening of the castles was delayed attributable to gentle circumstances.
