A Wisconsin football signee is dominating in a different high school sport

There are a number of recruits who dominate in two sports during their high school careers. You often see high school football stars dominating in basketball or track and field, but it’s not often you see an elite cornerback recruit dominating on the pitcher’s mound.

Four-star Wisconsin signee Amare Snowden is doing just that. At Roseville High School in Michigan, Snowden has excelled in baseball and football, recently putting together a gem on the mound.

The 2023 signee just had a 15-strikeout game on the bump while giving up no runs over seven innings. He allowed just two hits in the win. Sadly, and to the criticism of many fans, Wisconsin doesn’t have a baseball team, or Snowden could think about suiting up for multiple Badger programs.
