South Dakota National Guard joins in storm recovery

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Gov. Kristi Noem declared an emergency for the winter storms and activated the South Dakota Nationwide Guard to assist in restoration.

The guard and its sources will present addition help throughout the state, in addition to on tribal lands, in keeping with a launch from the governor’s workplace.
