Annual South Dakota Law Enforcement Memorial Service to be held today; Hughes County Deputy Lee Weber to be added to Law Enforcement Memorial Wall

The annual South Dakota Regulation Enforcement Memorial Service will likely be held in Pierre this morning (Could 11, 2022) along side Nationwide Regulation Enforcement Memorial Week.

The service will honor the 68 state and federal legislation enforcement officers who’ve handed away within the line of obligation, together with two new additions to the Regulation Enforcement Memorial Wall this 12 months: Hughes County Deputy Lee Russell Weber, who handed away on July 3, 2020; and Pennington County Deputy David.
