2022 South Dakota High School Finals Rodeo Results

FORT PIERRE – Three Pierre-area cowgirls and cowboys certified for the nationwide finals in Reducing and Reined Cow Horse Wednesday on the South Dakota Excessive College Finals Rodeo on the Stanley County Fairgrounds.

Layni Stevens of St. Lawrence and T.F. Riggs Excessive College in Pierre received the Women Reducing occasion after a fifth-place end in 2021.  Stevens was second within the state occasion common, however completed simply forward general as a consequence of factors gathered throughout rodeos main as much as the state occasion.

Pierre’s Ryen Sheppick certified for the nationwide occasion in Reined Cow Horse.  Sheppick had the second most complete factors and was third within the state occasion in common.
