FORT PIERRE – Three Pierre-area cowgirls and cowboys certified for the nationwide finals in Reducing and Reined Cow Horse Wednesday on the South Dakota Excessive College Finals Rodeo on the Stanley County Fairgrounds.
Layni Stevens of St. Lawrence and T.F. Riggs Excessive College in Pierre received the Women Reducing occasion after a fifth-place end in 2021.
