What to know about Ohio’s free fishing weekend in June

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The possibility is rapidly approaching for Ohio residents to fish without cost, no license required.

The Ohio of Division of Pure Sources (ODNR) is internet hosting its annual free fishing weekend on June 18 and 19.

Which means any resident 16 years and older can fish public waters with out buying a fishing license.

Different fishing rules, like dimension and bag limits, stay energetic throughout the free weekend, ODNR stated.
