Ohio Supreme Court suspends Toledo lawyer over ethics violations

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo lawyer has been suspended from practicing law for the second time.

The Supreme Court of Ohio suspended Sarah Miller Driftmyer for one year after multiple ethical violations including knowingly making a false statement in court.

The suspension is linked to an issued over lawyer’s fees and another complaint about how she handled a homeownership case.
