OHIO launches the Emerging Leader Academy

In Fall 2022, Ohio College will launch the OHIO Rising Chief Academy (OHIO ELA) – a school improvement program designed to offer present and future educational leaders with the talents and data to develop into more practical educational leaders. The academy is designed as a yearlong, ten-part workshop collection targeted on exploring and constructing the talents to satisfy management obligations.

“The OHIO ELA was developed by the 2021-22 Mid-American Tutorial Management Program (MAC ALDP) School Fellows,” mentioned Katie Hartman, vice provost for college improvement. “They needed to design a school management program as a possibility for self-reflection and strategic management.
