UVALDE, Texas – A Texas state senator stated Tuesday that Salvador Ramos, the accused shooter at an elementary faculty in Uvalde, Texas, was born in North Dakota.

“The younger man was 18 years outdated, as steered earlier, born in North Dakota, went to highschool right here in Uvalde,” stated Sen. Roland Gutierrez.
