State pageant director announces Mrs. North Dakota, other title-winners

GRAND FORKS — Klaudia Holkup and Jessica Rerick, each of Grand Forks, have been topped Mrs. North Dakota America 2022 and Mrs. North Dakota American 2022, respectively, at a pageant held lately on the Empire Arts Middle.

Religion Farmer, Bottineau, was chosen as Miss North Dakota for America Sturdy 2022, in line with pageant director Meg Morley.

These three queens will advance to the Mrs. America, Mrs. American and Miss for America Sturdy pageants in August in Las Vegas. There, as within the state pageant, they are going to compete within the areas of personal interview, swimsuit, state costume and night robe.

Different contestants who acquired titles are:

Rebecca DeCoteau of Bottineau, Teen Miss for North Dakota 2022, daughter of Marty Espe and Heather DeCoteau;

McKenzie Azure, Dunseith, Junior Teen for North Dakota 2022, daughter of Daryl and Courtney Azure; and

Vivienne and Gigi Goodman, Junior Miss for Grand Forks 2022 and Little Miss for Grand Forks 2022, respectively. Their dad and mom are Brian and Chulita Goodman of Grand Forks.

Different titles have been bestowed on contestants: Bianca Value, Junior Miss for Grand Forks 2023, daughter and Mitch and Kristen Value of Grand Forks; Shawna Keitzman, Miss Crimson River Valley for American Sturdy 2023; and Ashley Beland, Mrs. Downtown Grand Forks America 2023, each of Grand Forks. They’ll compete within the state pageant subsequent April.

Different awardees are: Photogenic Award, Gigi Goodman; Total Greatest State Costume, Rebecca DeCoteau; Total Greatest Activewear, Vivienne and Gigi Goodman; Total Greatest Swimsuit, Religion Farmer; Total Greatest Night Robe, Gigi Goodman;

Publication Award, Vivienne and Gigi Goodman, who submitted non-obligatory program advert pages to advertise their titles and company sponsors; Sunshine Award, Sawyer Belcourt, Bottineau, Junior Miss for North Dakota 2021, who recruited probably the most new pageant contestants throughout her reign;

Congeniality Award, Sarah Malsom, Grand Forks; Director’s Selection, Devon Abler, Grand Forks; and Queen of Queens, Laura Kleihauer, Bismarck, Miss North Dakota for America Sturdy 2021.
