Sex offender registers new address in Cass County

FARGO — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is notifying residents of registered sex offender Matthew Alan Eagleman’s new address.

Eagleman, 40, is now living at 204 2nd St. in Page, North Dakota, according to the sheriff’s office.

Eagleman is 5-foot-9 and 215 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair.

North Dakota officials have deemed him as having a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.

In 1998, he was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Ramsey County Juvenile Court. The victims were boys under the age of 14, the sheriff’s office said.

In 2002, he was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Ramsey County District Court. The victim was a 14-year-old female acquaintance, the sheriff’s office said.
