‘Politics and a Plate’ event to feature North Dakota state treasurer

North Dakota State Treasurer Thomas Beadle
will discuss tax dollars and
the Legacy Fund
at the upcoming “Politics and a Plate” event on Thursday, June 8, in Fargo.
The program runs from noon to 1 p.m. and costs $20. Those interested in attending should RSVP by Friday, June 2 to CC4URC@gmail.com. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
The event, hosted by the Cass County United Republican Committee, will be held at the Avalon Events Center, 2525 9th Ave. S.
Last month’s “Politics and a Plate” event featured a legislative session recap provided by Sens. Kristin Roers and Ron Sorvaag and Reps. Austen Schauer and Ben Koppelman.
