Plane makes emergency landing on rural North Dakota highway

WING, N.D. — A personal, single-engine aircraft reported engine failure at about 9:20 a.m. Friday, Could 27, and made an emergency touchdown on a rural freeway.

The pilot, 32-year-old Garhett Langer, and passengers Raymond Martinez, 34, and Jacob Wutzke, 31, all from Bismarck, weren’t harm through the touchdown that occurred on North Dakota Freeway 14 close to the city of Wing, in line with the North Dakota Freeway Patrol.

The fixed-wing plane got here to relaxation about 6 miles north of Wing, and it was moved off the freeway.

No further info was instantly out there.

Wing is a small city in Burleigh County about 45 miles northeast of Bismarck.
