North Dakota Man Jailed on Warrant Related to Southern Minnesota Pursuit

Jackson, MN (KICD)– A North Dakota man has been jailed on a warrant associated to a pursuit that began in Jackson County earlier this month.

Court docket information obtained by KICD Information say 37-year-old Spencer Dietrich was initially arrested after allegedly being caught touring at 130 miles per hour close to Alpha on April 2nd after which main police on a pursuit into Martin County that reportedly concerned Dietrich briefly touring within the mistaken lanes of site visitors earlier than finally getting into a ditch and being stopped by pursuing officer.

At the moment, Dietrich was charged with fleeing a peace officer, fifth diploma managed substance crime and a number of other site visitors offenses.

Jackson County Sheriff Shawn Haken tells Dietrich was transferred into his company’s custody on Sunday morning after he reportedly did not adjust to pre-trial circumstances.
